How do I specify the size of the pictures?
You can specify the size before you add the picture or you need
to select the picture in the list and then change the size.
Are main and sub categories possible?
Create a new category without products and place it before the first
sub category. For this main categories the program will use a larger
font and it does not insert a page break before the first sub category.
